ORDER PROCESS

Our journey from inquiry to delivery

We will discuss all product details with you, including material, specifications, accessories, and customization requirements.
Pricing will be transparently adjusted based on your preferred payment method.

Note: If you have your own freight forwarder, please inform us in advance so we can assist in estimating the shipping cost + customs clearance fees.

If you already have a physical sample, please ship it to our factory.
For bottle cap products, please ensure you provide both the cap sample and your bottle, so we can verify compatibility with precision.

If you need us to send samples first, a small sample-handling fee may apply.

Note: Please avoid using Cash on Delivery (COD), as such packages may be refused by the logistics provider or the receiving department.

We will use your samples and bottle to conduct measurements, color matching, and fitting tests, then return the confirmed sample to you.
Whether sampling fees apply depends on your final order quantity. Round-trip shipping costs should be borne by the customer.

Note: For products with special structures, a one-time mold fee may be required.

Once the sample is approved, we will issue a Final Quotation and proceed to sign the Order Confirmation.

Note: If your product involves any trademarks or patents, please provide the corresponding authorization documents.

Your order will be officially scheduled for production only after the 30% deposit is received.
For orders below 100,000 pcs, a small-quantity surcharge will apply.
This surcharge may be refunded once your cumulative order volume reaches the agreed threshold.

Tip: For first-time cooperation, you may choose to place the order via Alibaba Trade Assurance for additional transaction protection.

Regular production requires approximately 20 working days.
If peak season or special processes may cause delays, we will notify you in advance.

Before production is completed, we will notify you to prepare the balance payment.
Please provide your freight forwarder’s details in advance so we can coordinate export documentation and clearance.
Logistics and international transportation will be handled by your freight forwarder, and we do not assume liability for their operational risks.
Domestic transportation from our factory to the port is covered by us; other logistic costs must be agreed upon separately.

  • Aluminum sheet procurement: approx. 15 days

  • Production & processing: approx. 5 days

  • Customs clearance & export procedures: normally 1–3 working days, depending on local customs

Total estimated lead time: about 21–23 days, depending on order specifications and seasonality.
